Thank you for allowing ART Risk Solutions to place health insurance for your clients. This email is regarding the GC; {{surrogate_full_name}} and her ART Risk placed policy. At this time her policy is active and paid through this month. Please check your client dashboard, all clients effected will show their status as “Monitoring Service Complete” for a complete list of these Gestational Carriers.
If you would like to have us continue to monitor the monthly Premium Billing for the remaining months of the journey, we would be happy to move them up to our continued Premium Bill Monitoring. As such, we would continue the monitoring process, adding the value of guaranteeing the coverage is safely kept in place for the remainder of the journey, and notifying you of any delinquent premium payments prior to potential policy cancellation. Please see attached document for further information on our service options. Further, when you are ready for a policy to be cancelled, we would also assist with the cancellation process as an added benefit of the Full Premium Bill Monitoring. Many times, cancellations are not done properly causing excess money to be owed or a potential of not being eligible for future enrollment.
• Premium Bill Monitoring - $50 a month if needed for less than 6 more months.
• Premium Bill Monitoring - $200 if you have already purchased one year of monitoring and want to add the second year.
If you choose not to take advantage of this service, this email functions as your notice that our service is complete for these GCs. It has been a pleasure working with you and we look forward to helping with any of your future insurance needs. Please note if a policy is cancelled due to non-payment, it remains cancelled, and any further bills will be considered ineligible/cash pay.
