Premium Bill Monitoring - 15th of the Month Late Notice Reminder {{case_id}}

As a reminder, please view your Client Dashboard today, where your clients are listed with their Premium Bill Monitoring status updated as they are verified. Please note any clients showing late for this month, if not paid ASAP the policy risks cancelling for nonpayment. Please advise us of any late payment status for follow-up with their insurance, thank you.
Premium payments should be posted to the account by the 1st of the month and therefore should be sent during the prior month. If payment is not made on time, the policy can show in-active at the providers office, and the policy can be terminated by insurance carrier for non-payment after the grace period and may not be reinstated without proof of payment.
Please let us know if you see something that looks like a mistake, or you know the premium has been paid. If the premium has been paid, please send your dedicated billing specialist proof of payment so we can rectify this account with the insurance carrier. In addition, please let us know if the policy is not being paid by you anymore or needs to be cancelled. It may also be that the insurance carrier's websites are behind on updating their billing information.
