Thank you. We received your insurance information from the Journey Claims Management request form we sent you. Thank you for also signing the medical releases/HIPAA documents. Please let us know if your doctors/providers change at any time, so we have the correct authorizations and then we can check to make sure they are also in network with your insurance.
We can now begin your claims monitoring service. The reason that we monitor the bills and insurance claims is so that all bills are paid promptly after your medical insurance pays its portion and it is one less task for you to have to deal with during your pregnancy.
Please send any bills you receive from your OB/GYN or hospital visits or visits to any medical providers within15 days of receipt, to us via email and please cc, your coordinator at {{agency_name}} on that email. Then, we can make sure your insurance company is processing them correctly and pays them accordingly to your plan.
