We have some IMPORTANT news to share with you, pertaining to renewals on ACA policies. Our office will obtain the renewal information for cases that have active Premium Bill Monitoring (PBM) for the upcoming 2025year.
PBM is based on a calendar year, this means the service ends on12/31 of that year. If you only purchased our essential + or recommended program, we will obtain this information as it includes 2 years of PMB. If you purchased a program for only one year of PBM, you could add a second year of PBM for only $200 or if you just want us to gather up the renewal information and not add PBM, the fee would be $150.
Starting around the beginning of October, insurance companies will send out renewal letters to all members. The insurance renewal letter will state if the policy auto renews for next year or if additional steps are needed. If renewing, the letter will contain vital information such as: new monthly premium, new deductible and new out of pocket max.
Your gestational carrier(s) will receive this information via mail, email or member portal. Please make sure they are checking any correspondence from their insurance carrier, as letters can appear like junk mail.
If your gestational carrier(s) receives any information from their insurance carrier regarding the information above, please have them email the correspondence to us or their Premium Bill Monitoring Specialist with ART Risk. We do work on obtaining this information however, the letter is the quickest way to get the policy information updated in our system.
If the gestational carrier's policy is NOT renewing or if there is a change in the plan and you want to explore other options, please submit a NEW ACA Policy Placement request.

Renewal information is vital to ensuring the gestational carrier's coverage for the following year. We appreciate your assistance in helping to get this information updated as soon as possible from all avenues.
If PBM was already selected for the upcoming year and a new ACA policy is put in place, because current policy is not renewing or a change is requested, we can transfer the paid PBM to the new ACA policy that is place.
