ART Risk - Insurance Carrier Requires Different Payment Method {{case_id}}

Unfortunately, the Insurance Carrier chosen for {{surrogate_full_name}} does NOT accept the payment method we have on file for the first month's premium. Please look at the Policy information provided in your portal on the Policy Selection task. The policy card information states the Insurance Carrier's preferred payment method and whether or not the Carrier accepts third party payments.
• First - Venmo, PayPal, Zelle • Second – direct deposit • Third – mailed or bank check
Please communicate directly with the GC to provide her with the funds needed. Once the insurance application has been completed by the GC, we will send you a confirmation email.
