BINDER PAYMENT:
Unfortunately, the Insurance Carrier chosen doesn't accept third part payments, meaning the binder payment must be made with a debit or credit card in the GC's name. Therefore, the Surrogate will be responsible for paying the monthly premiums. Please ensure that the Surrogate is prepared to pay this first month's premium at the time of her application appointment. You can see the Insurance Carrier's preferred payment method by reviewing the policy selected via your portal. View the completed task "Select Policy" to see the Carrier's preferred payment method.
If money for the binder payment needs to be transferred to your GC, we suggest the following:• First - Venmo, paypal, zelle • Second – direct deposit • Third – mailed or bank check
