The following information will need to be communicated to your gestational carrier via {{agency_name}} to avoid confusion on our call with her:</p><ul><li>The agency should inform her that ART Risk is the insurance agent (not the insurance company) that will be assisting her with completing her application for the maternity medical insurance that will be used during her journey.</li><li>The application will be completed over the phone with a licensed Application Agent.</li><li>She should also be aware of how required payment will be handled.  <ul><li>Does she need to have funds on hand and to have the debit/credit card ready in order to submit the information for the binder payment to be paid? OR</li><li>Do we have funds on hand and she does not need to give any payment information?</li></ul></li><li>The agency should let her know in advance that ART Risk will be contacting her over the next few days and that our phone calls come from a (661) area code.
