Body <p> Hello!</p><p>Thank you for submitting your policy selection for {{surrogate_full_name}}. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Selected Carrier: {{aca_selected_carrier}}</li><li>Selected Policy: {{aca_selected_plan}}</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Our ART Risk Scheduling Team will now begin the process of reaching out to the Surrogate to get her scheduled to apply for her ACA policy. The following information will need to be communicated to your Gestational Carrier via {{agency_name}} to avoid any confusion on our upcoming calls/texts with her:</p><ul><li>The agency should inform her that ART Risk is the insurance agent (not the insurance company) that will be assisting her with completing her application for the maternity medical insurance that will be used during her journey.</li><li>The application will be completed over the phone with a licensed Application Agent.</li><li>She should also be aware of how required payment will be handled.  Please have a plan for the payment and communicate that to her prior to our call:  <ul><li>Does she need to have funds on hand and to have the debit/credit card ready in order to submit the information for the binder payment to be paid at time of her application? OR</li><li>Does ART Risk have funds on hand and therefore, she does not need to give any payment information?</li></ul></li><li>The agency should let her know in advance that ART Risk will be contacting her over the next few days and that our phone calls come from a (661) area code or via text from a 661 area code number. At this time, our team will explain to the GC about the application process and time frame.<ul><li>The GC needs to answer the phone calls, texts, and/or emails from ART Risk in order to ensure she applies by the deadline. </li><li>Our calls may come up as spam, but we always leave a message. </li><li>We will complete 3 touch points to connect with the GC. </li><li>We let the Agency know if we are not able to communicate with their Gestational Carrier. </li></ul></li><li>The Initial Scheduling Call - 5-10 minutes<ul><li>During the scheduling call, we will confirm the exact amount of time that is needed for the application appointment.
