Please note, the policy ID card (front and back) is needed in order to start the policy validation. </p><p><font color="#000000"><br></font>To upload the front and back of the insurance card needed, please login to your ART Risk agency portal, open the Case and navigate to the Operations tab. Here you can upload the required ID card by clicking the green '+ Add Files' button. Please use document type 'Front of Insurance Card' and 'Back of Insurance Card'. Once you have uploaded your document, click on the Products tab on the Case and mark the 'Agency: Upload Missing Front and Back of ID Card' task complete under the Policy Validation product.
