Please note this does not guarantee that there will not be any additional bills for this match. While unlikely, it is possible that a new claim could be submitted, as providers have up to 1 year from the date of service to submit claims to insurance. Further, insurance can readjust processed claims up to 2 years from the original date of service, if requested by a provider. This also doesn’t confirm any third-party liability.
