We received a request for Policy Placement that listed you as the responsible party for payment, however, we’re missing payment authorization for our service fee. To proceed with processing this request, please log into your user portal at app.artrisksolutions.com/login to complete the Payment Authorization form. Once logged in, click on "Products". Then click "View Tasks" under the Short Term product. Follow the instructions listed there.
