Subject Policy Validation: Why Policy Booklet is Necessary

There is no way to confirm the information the rep is telling us. With the booklet, we can verify if there are surrogacy clauses, we can look for third party clauses, coordination of benefits, etc. There have been many times we\'ve heard from rep\'s that surrogacy is not covered, solely because they do not think it is.
