Body <p>Hello {{agency_name}}, </p><p><br></p><p>Please log into your agency portal to complete the Payment Authorization form for {{surrogate_full_name}}. </p><p><br></p><p>To complete the payment authorization form, please login to your ART Risk agency portal, open the Case and navigate to the Products tab and look for the tasks under Policy Validation.
