As the licensed insurance agent and brokerage firm, we have been assisting with the set-up and ongoing monitoring of this policy. Part of our role includes premium bill monitoring, a service your intended parent has requested. Each month, we verify that the policy premium has been successfully paid and fully posted.
Some insurance carriers do not provide up-to-date information without accessing the member portal, which often requires your involvement. We understand you have a busy schedule, and in order to minimize any disruptions, we’d like to avoid having to contact you to request a verification code from you each month.
