If you have not enrolled in the Premium Bill Monitoring or Journey Claims Management services that are often utilized in conjunction with the ACA plan, we invite you to review what these services provide HERE.ART Risk offers these additional services to ensure every aspect of your insurance coverage is managed with care and expertise:
Premium Bill Monitoring –Ensures monthly premiums are paid and policies remain active, preventing unwanted and costly cancellations. This service also covers Renewals (when enrolled in the 2-year option) and Cancellations assistance when it is time for either of these next steps for your Gestational Carrier.
Journey Claims Management – Provides guidance and advocacy by our Claims Specialists from confirmation of pregnancy to the delivery: helping ensure timely resolution and accurate payments to providers. Our dedicated team reviews, advocates, and communicates directly with the insurance carrier(s) and providers to help avoid delays or denials, especially valuable when multiple policies are in place during the journey. Journey Claims Management also includes the benefits of the Premium Bill Monitoring service.
These optional services provide added peace of mind and allow our experienced ART Risk team to manage the details, so your time can be focused on the journey ahead.
