We wanted to reach out to you to see if you were aware that Intended Parent, {{ip_full_name}} with Gestational Carrier, {{surrogate_full_name}}, expressed interest in our Maternity Claims Management service on their quote sheet. <a data-title="_Hlk29799138" alt="_Hlk29799138" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(6, 11, 72);">This includes Claims Management during the pregnancy. </a><a data-title="_Hlk29799138" alt="_Hlk29799138" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(6, 11, 72);">To do this, we would need to be notified of a Confirmation of Pregnancy (COP) as this would be when that service begins. </a><a data-title="_Hlk83110041" alt="_Hlk83110041" style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(6, 11, 72);">Then we will reach out to the gestational carrier to request she sign HIPAA forms and provider her insurance login(s) to begin to monitor all claims being processed through her insurance(s). We will also verify the preferred OB and delivery hospital are still in network at the time</a> which is done again prior to her expected delivery.Please let us know if you would rather, we contact the IP's directly for assistance in this process.
