IMPORTANT: Starting around the beginning of October every year insurance companies will send out renewal letters to all members, this contains very important information that could affect next year\'s coverage if not properly followed. Please remind {{surrogate_full_name}} to watch for these letters in their mail shortly, as it can appear like junk mail.
Additionally, the reminders come via the GC\'s email and can also be obtained via the insurance carriers member login. The insurance renewal letter will state if the policy is rolling to January 1st for next year, or not and if so what the new monthly premium will be and will state if the deductible and out of pocket max are changing, along with the plan name if different. We do work on obtaining this information however, the letter is the quickest way to get the policy information updated in our system.
