Thank you for allowing ART Risk Solutions to place health insurance for your clients. This email is regarding the GC(s); {{surrogate_full_name}} recently enrolled in their respective ACA policies. Their first two months of premium payments were monitored, ensuring they posted correctly. At this time, all policies are active and paid for the first two months of the policy. Please check your client dashboard all clients effected will show their status as “White – Service Complete” for a complete list of these GCs.
If you would like to continue this billing service for the remaining months of the journey, we would be happy to move you up to our Blue Service! As such, we would continue the monitoring process, adding the value of guaranteeing the coverage is safely kept in place for the remainder of the journey, and notifying you of any delinquent premium payments prior to potential policy cancellation. If a policy is cancelled due to non-payment, it remains cancelled, and any further bills will be considered ineligible/cash pay. Please see attached document for further information on our service options. Further, when you are ready for a policy to be cancelled, we would also assist with the cancellation process as an added benefit of the Blue Service. Many times, cancellations are not done properly causing excess money to be owed or a potential of not being eligible for future enrollment.
• White Service - $450• Blue Service - $825• Increase level of service - $375 –which breaks down to just under $40 per month for the balance of the year or2.5% of your average delivery bill.
If you choose not to take advantage of the Blue Service, this email functions as your notice that our service is complete for these GCs. It has been a pleasure working with you and we look forward to helping with any of your future insurance needs.
