I wanted to check in with you and see where you are in your journey. Please let us know where you are in the process for our monitoring records. </span></p><p class='m2940926583595420440msoplaintext'><i></i></p><p class='MsoNormal'>To begin we will be sending you a Newborn Claims Management Agreement via the portal. The cost of this service is $500. Once you review and are ready to move forward and we receive back the claims management agreement form signed by you, we will invoice for the service fees due. Please let us know if you are having trouble accessing the agreement.</p><p class='MsoNormal'>We also added to your portal a HIPAA release form for you to sign, as once the baby is born, we will need your authorization to request to update the guarantor on the baby\'s account at the hospital to your name and address for billing. Then we will make sure the hospital and all associated physician bills are requested to be sent to you. Once the bills are forwarded to whom your designate in this email. Then we will confirm that the proper insurance discounts or cash rate discount have been applied to the bills and send it to whom you designate as the payor. Please confirm if you wish to pay the bills directly or if you plan for those medical bills to go to your agency coordinator or escrow for payment.</p><p class='MsoNormal'>Next please also email us a copy of the insurance policy that the newborn is planned to be added to, if any, for our records to update the hospital at the time of delivery and to confirm if the expected delivery hospital is In-Network with that insurance policy.</p><p class='MsoNormal'><a data-title='_Hlk83110543' alt='_Hlk83110543'>Once we send the medical bills for payment, we will ask for confirmation of payment and the method and date completed. Then we will follow up with the provider in timely manner to confirm those payments were received and that the account balance is zero. Then once the newborn is released into your care, we again contact the providers to confirm any final balances are resolved and send a final spreadsheet of our claims and billing tracking of the newborn to you for your records.<i></i></a></p><p></p><p class='MsoNormal'>We are looking forward to assisting you with the processing and payment of your Newborn claims for your current journey.
