Hello (Agency Name)
While we were checking monthly payments for the month of (Current Month), it came to our attention that (GC Name) policy is not currently enrolled in auto withdrawal with the insurance carrier, (GC's Carrier). Therefore, as of today this policy's account has been flagged for nonpayment. I was told that (the GC) can call the billing department request to enroll in Auto Withdrawal and make the (Current Month) payment themselves. Or if you would prefer, we would be more than happy to help set it up for you!
If you'd rather have us make the payment on their behalf, we will need to send a DocuSign with a Credit Card form for the desired form of payment to have on file!
